How to use

Before storing your ham, remove the timber board and dampen the entire fabric bag with a solution of one tablespoon of vinegar to one cup of water.

Place your ham inside with the timber board, zip closed and refrigerate.

When it's time to serve, carry the bag to the table, unzip and carve your ham directly on the board.

Keep your ham refrigerated when not serving, and follow appropriate food-storage guidance.

Care: Remove the timber board before machine washing the bag at 30°C. Line dry.
